Description
This course is designed for adult students who may have been out of school for a number of years, and who wish to refine their writing skills and review how to write effective paragraphs and essays before enrolling in senior English.
This course is not designed for English Language Learners who are not yet writing fluently in English. Those students can enroll in ELL Level 3 for school-age students and Literacy Foundations Level 5 for adult learners. Please contact a counsellor to discuss your options.

This course consists of four units covering grammar review, paragraph writing, composing a narrative essay, and writing and presenting (via audio file) a persuasive speech.
