Graduation from SIDES
Students who reside in British Columbia:
- When a BC student (residing in BC or traveling away from home in BC) completes his or her high school education at SIDES, a British Columbia Certificate of Graduation is awarded.
- If a student is taking a SIDES course, but is enrolled in another BC school, SIDES reports the student's grades to the school. If the courses are high school level (grades 10-12) final grades are submitted by SIDES to the Ministry of Education as well.
- Students graduating on the Adult Secondary School graduation program will also receive their diploma and their transcript from the Ministry of Education.
Students in other Canadian provinces:
- Students can earn a BC Certificate of Graduation if all of the requirements are completed. Many out-of-province students are pleased with the wide acceptance of SIDES courses and a BC Certificate of Graduation.
International students:
- International students do not graduate from SIDES. However, given the quality of SIDES' courses and its flexibility, students find it to be a desirable place to learn. Certificates are issued upon the successful completion of a course or courses.
