Registration Process
Please note that ALL steps must be followed.
Step 1: Register for the program.
Complete the SIDES Online Application for Elementary Students or come in to our Beaver Lake Campus to register in person.
Step 2: Call to make an appointment with a SIDES K-6 teacher.

Step 3: Meet with a SIDES teacher to complete the registration process.
During your meeting with a SIDES teacher, you will work with the teacher to complete an Individual Student Learning plan for your child. This plan will be personalized to meet your child's learning needs and to support his/her success in the course work at SIDES.
When you come in to SIDES to complete the registration process, you will need to bring the following with you:
- a copy of the most recent report card
- birth certificate or passport (required for registration)
- a deposit for resources. SIDES accepts Visa, MasterCard, Interac, or cash; we do not accept personal cheques. The resources deposit for each student residing in BC is $150, to a maximum of $300 per family. The deposit is returned when the resources are returned in good condition. Deposits for students travelling out-of-province are set at the replacement cost of the materials.
After the registration process is complete, course materials will be mailed to you or held for pick-up according to the arrangements you make with SIDES staff.
