Students will complete a set of lessons and assignments in the Orientation Course. We will determine their readiness for E.L.L. Level 3 using these assignments.
This course is set up as a 12 week-long course, with 4 lessons to complete each week. Students are welcome to pace themselves and take longer if necessary. Each week there is a balance of reading, writing, speaking and listening activities.
Each week, students will complete practice assignments in reading, writing, speaking and listening. They will submit two assignments each week for feedback only.
Every three weeks, they will submit assignments for marks. They will usually have some choice for those assignments. Students must have completed the practice assignments and received feedback on them before completing the graded assignments.
